One of our latest additions to our sapphire collection. This ring features an oval sapphire in the center, weighing 1.04 carats. Set with the sapphire are .84 carats of natural diamonds. The sapphire has a beautiful medium blue color.
Sapphires occur in a range of blue colors from very light to very dark. The most valuable is in the medium dark blue range with no secondary colors, such as black or green. However, as with any colored stone, there is always a personal preference. Some prefer the darker blues, while others are drawn to the lighter levels of blue.
