One of our favorite designers designed this beautiful sapphire and diamond pendant. It is crafted in 18k yellow gold and set with 12 square-cut blue sapphires totaling 1.38 carats. Ten round diamonds, totaling .30 carats, are also set with the sapphires. The pendant's triangular shape gives it a unique look not normally seen in a pendant.
